goSwoop is an exclusive social networking service that connects US educational institutions and prospective international students from around the world.

Be sure that you have typed all the correct registration information. If you have further problems contact us at support@goSwoop.com.
What should I do if I have attempted to register but it is still not working?
Be sure you have filled out all fields, they are all required! If it is still not functioning properly, please email us at support@goswoop.com.
How do I change my email and login password?
You may change your registered email under the goAccount section.
How do I retrieve my password if I forgot it?
Click forgot password. Enter your email address and your password will be sent to you.

What is goUniversity?
goUniversity is a list educational institutions affiliated with goSwoop. Students, institutions and advisors can interact directly through goUniversity. This feature provides institutions with the resources to provide information related to academics, campus life, housing, food, social events etc. Institutions also have the ability to build their profile using related stories, pictures and questions posted by students in the goSwoop community.
What is goResources?
goResources provides literature and links related to international education. The resources are arranged by location (i.e. US) and category (i.e. Visa information). Links may include files or third party sites that our team that our team found helpful.
What is goProfile?
goProfile is your face and personality to the international education community on goSwoop. goProfile provides the resources for students and institutions to share personal information. Students can choose to make information visible to educational institutions and other community users. We encourage student users to utilize the goProfile to their benefit to show the community, especially educational institutions, who you are as a person.
What is goMessage?
This is our private messaging system. You can send and receive private messages from your friends or other users within the goSwoop community.
What is goStories?
This is where you write chapters (blogs) about anything you want and publish them for the community to read. Not only can you share stories with your friends, family and the community, but you can find other users’ written experiences as well.
What is goQ&A?
goQ&A allows users to ask questions for the entire goSwoop community to answer. Users can ask questions directly to institutions, peer advisors or anyone else in the community to find answers to specific questions.
What is goPhoto?
Here you can upload all of your international education related photos. Users may tag photos to locations, universities, written chapters and other goSwoop buddies.

What is goEducation?
This is your education profile which will be made searchable to educational institutions for recruiting students. The information provided by student users in goEducation will allow educational institutions (colleges/universities) to find you! For institutions to make better decisions about what students to admit they will look at this information including test-scores, educational preferences, and personal interests on a real time basis. The more information students provide in goEducation the more informed an institution can be in making their decision about you in the recruiting process.
What is goBuddy?
goBuddy is a list of all registered goSwoop users. Users may send messages, requests to become buddies, as well as ask questions directly to anyone on this list.

What is goRecruit?
Interact with and learn about prospective international students interested in studying at your institution. goRecruit allows institutions to view students using the basic and advanced recruiting options.
What is goPoll?
goPoll is located on the goProfile page for institutions. goPolls give institutions an opportunity to survey goSwoop users that browse their institutional profile.
What is goAdvisor?
goAdvisor is a feature that allows institutions to promote and provide information to the community through student advisors. Prospective international students will have the opportunity to see which students at your institution are eager to answer their questions. Institutions can manage and add student advisors and students can request to become advisors as well.
